From Crisis to Expertise
​Cannabis Wise Guys was forged in the fire of commercial cultivation challenges. In 2019, our founder stepped into a NorCal operation that exemplified everything wrong with cookie-cutter cannabis consulting: a fundamentally flawed irrigation system, misaligned infrastructure, and owners who'd invested heavily in "expert" solutions that were anything but.

What followed was an intensive education in real-world cultivation challenges. Operating six flowering greenhouses at 2,700 plants each, plus a 10,000-plant vegetation facility, our team faced every challenge imaginable. Every challenge we solved - every system we rebuilt - reinforced a crucial truth: theoretical knowledge means nothing without practical expertise.
