Our founder stepped into a Northern California operation that exemplified everything wrong with cookie-cutter cannabis consulting—poorly designed irrigation, misaligned infrastructure, and owners who had invested heavily in “expert” solutions that didn’t work.

 

What followed was a trial by fire in commercial-scale cultivation. With six flowering greenhouses, each supporting thousands of plants, plus a large-scale vegetative facility, our team faced every challenge imaginable. Every problem we solved—every system we rebuilt—reinforced a crucial truth: theoretical knowledge means nothing without practical expertise.
